Highly recommend CS + great customer service is a bonus
As with many other reviewers, the experience with their customer service is top notch! I, too, had to cancel as I didn't watch it much. I got in the queue with Franz who promptly resolved my request. I love CS and would love to sit and watch as much as I can, but such is life. I will be seeing them soon though
