Try harder or not at all
The hair is luxurious, there is no doubt about that. I have been using their wefts for about two-three years. The first weft lasted me a year. The last two have barely lasted me for six months, which is a shame considering how much this company charges you for their hair. Their customer service is sub par. They offer $350 off an order to make up for the fact their 1k+ hair volume weft extensions barely last for half a year. They forgot to send me the discount code as well - therefore I decided to try out The Hair Shop. If I like them and their customer service, this Bellami lady will be making a switch to a different company. Try harder, Bellami.
