Thorough, responsive & efficient
I just received my certificate of authenticity from Zeko on a Chanel I purchased from a personal shopper that I had not used before. I ordered a macro lens, and I took my photos based off of the photo link that was emailed to me as examples of how she wanted the photos taken. She’s very thorough and asks for very precise detailed pictures. That was the hardest / longest part - taking my pics and trying to fit my phone and the macro lens into a mini Kelly 🤪 Zeko / assistant were very responsive and helpful. I received my answer and certificate in less than 24 hrs. I am relieved. Thank you Zeko for your help and expertise!
