Hello HIX AI Support Team, I logged in with Apple (iCloud) and entered my card details to pay for a monthly subscription. The payment of $19.99 was successfully charged to my card (last 4 digits: 4149) today, but my account still shows as “Free” and asks me to pay again. It seems that my payment is not linked to my account, possibly due to the Apple login username or relay email. Please link this payment to my account or activate my subscription.
