SCAM ALERT: Holding funds for 11+ Days!
BEWARE! Poloniex is holding my deposit of ~$200 for over 11 days now. The funds are clearly in their hot wallet (confirmed on blockchain), but they refuse to credit my account. Support (Live Chat) is useless. Agents like Ophelia, Colin, and Vivian just lie about "escalating" to a specialist and then close the chat on me. They promise "High Priority" but do nothing.
