Delivery Issues
After a long delay in receiving my 2nd piece, I finally got notice that it was shipping out soon. I specifically asked that the piece not be shipped while I was on vacation and I gave the exact dates. I was told the trucking company would call me to schedule the delivery, so I just needed to let them know. Well, the trucking company never called me and the piece was delivered while I was on vacation. Extremely annoying in that this could have been avoided if 25Home just held onto the piece one more week as I originally requested.
