I booked 2 nights in Vienna and 2 nights in Salzburg for my first trip to Austria through Billabook, but it has been a nightmare. After making the payment, I never received a confirmation email. I tried contacting them via their website and email multiple times, but they completely ignored me. When I contacted the hotels directly, they told me there was NO reservation under my name. It is infuriating to see them still active on Google while they scam innocent travelers. My entire travel plan has been ruined and I feel cheated. Please, save your money and DO NOT book anything through Billabook. This is a total scam.
