Amazing customer service from Isabelle! I had a weird issue the remote (ended up figuring it out!) but Isabelle replied with such a detailed and helpful and kind reply! Loving my Havie Lamp! VERY impressed with the white noise- I’m hard to impress with that kinda thing and it’s exceeds my expectations. The light from the lamp and assortment of colors is SO FUN. So soothing. Overall, I’m VERY HAPPY with my purchase! I’ve sent the link to many friends and my sister and my coworkers!
