Working with Zeko has been one of the BEST customer experiences I’ve ever had in my entire LIFE. She literally has saved me close to $20K so far, and I can’t recommend her enough.
Her attention to detail is incredible!! The photo-taking guide she provided was extremely thorough, and she even asked me to retake certain photos to ensure everything could be assessed accurately.
One of the many things that makes Zeko special is that she didn't just authenticate (yes/no) and leave it at that. What impressed me most was how clearly and thoroughly she explained her findings. She took the time to walk me through specific issues, including evidence that the bag had been fully repainted and altered in ways inconsistent with Chanel’s repair standards. She also pointed out details that showed the bag was not “new” as it had been advertised and even noted it could be declined for future Chanel servicing.
That level of explanation gave me so much clarity and confidence in a stressful situation.
She also went above and beyond by helping guide me through my PayPal refund process, even though her role was technically complete. She didn’t have to do that, and it says a lot about how much she genuinely cares about her clients.
Zeko is one of the most genuine and thoughtful professionals (and human being) I’ve come across. You can tell she truly cares about her clients, and she's a true joy to work with. I can't recommend Zeko enough!!! She is literally the ONLY reason I feel comfortable buying preowned Chanel.

My experience with Zeko was one of the BEST customer service interactions I've ever had in my ENTIRE life! Zeko's attention to detail was immediately obvious and it's clear she has deep expertise in Chanel. She went beyond basic authentication and clearly explained the key details that determine a bag’s true condition.
The only reason I felt comfortable buying preloved Chanel was because I knew of Zeko's amazing authentication service. She saved me thousands of dollars by identifying significant condition issues on a bag that had been misrepresented as "excellent" in its eBay listing. She took the time to walk me through the different points of wear and friction on the bag and made sure I understood exactly what she was referring to. She also provided clear, well-written messaging and documentation that I was able to submit directly to eBay to request a return and refund. I am so grateful that she took time to teach me how to spot high-level condition issues on my own, which really empowered me in my search for the perfect Chanel.
Zeko was extremely responsive, answered every question thoughtfully, and helped me navigate out of an extremely stressful situation to make sure I could get my return and refund.
Beyond her expertise, Zeko is genuinely kind, thoughtful, and sweet person and such a beauty inside and out! She very clearly cares about making her clients happy and went consistently above and beyond. I would not make another high-value pre-loved luxury purchase without consulting her, and I recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a truly trustworthy luxury authenticator.
