Excellent Support, but M-PESA Deposits Could Be Faster!
I’ve been using Afriex for about a week now, and I have to say, the app itself is great—super intuitive and easy to navigate! The absolute standout feature for me is the customer support. I really appreciate how fast and helpful the team is whenever I have a question. Knowing that they are available 24/7 gives me so much peace of mind, and it’s clear they truly care about their users! The only area where I see room for improvement is the M-PESA to Afriex deposit speed. Currently, it takes a bit too long for the funds to reflect in my account. There are many times when I need my funds urgently, and the delay can be a bit stressful. If the team could streamline this process to make deposits more instant, this app would be a perfect 10/10! Other than that, I’m a very happy user and highly recommend it for the service alone.
