Zipper problems
Excited when I finally got the bag after about 6 weeks of waiting love the color and does fit clothes and items but not as shown in the videos u really need to be strategic about what and where u place things. My first trip with the bag one of the zippers broke off. Thankfully it has 2 but it’s a pain in the butt to put your things back in with only one zipper. Also TSA was not impressed with trying to unzip and rezip it.I did love the wheels but u need to make sure u have room to put the wheels in ur bag hence the zipper popping off. The airlines I used wouldn’t let me just take the wheels on the plane while they insisted my bag be check with the flight being full. So if ur planning on just taking a few things or smaller items like dresses summertime clothes or bath suits it’s perfect but if ur really traveling for a while i would only use this bag with the essentials for a few days of stuff. I’d love to have my bag replaced because I did like it but it seems impossible to get a hold of anyone it was expensive and I can’t use it anymore with only one zipper
