Avoid!!!
Ordered bracelet, paid extra for “first class delivery”, took over two weeks to arrive. Contacted company and tried to cancel the order as it was taking too long which was my right as per their terms & conditions. Sent multiple emails asking for cancellation - company responded to my emails ignoring the request for cancellation until it was too late. Item not nearly as nice as image online - metal looks like dark tarnished brass not bright shiny gold & engraving not sharp. It’s also tiny. Nothing in packaging to explain how to return. Emailed to arrange return and was told “ you will need to pay the shipping costs to send the item back to our warehouse. In my experience, shipping costs may be up to 70% of the order amount”. Offered a £20 voucher which I don’t want. Emailed again requesting return address. Whole experience feels like a scam. Horrid cheap product. Terrible customer service! Do not buy from this company!!
