Scammers
Scammers. Sold me a hotel deal for a Cotswold hotel. Didn't tell me how to book, other than telling me I can call up the hotel any time and book nearer the date. I told the lady on the phone that I wanted to take it for our Anniversary in September. Time went on and I couldn't remember the company name, and there was never the hotel name in writing via email confirmation or anything. Then I had an email in January saying that I needed to take the hotel before the date ran out, giving me only a couple of weeks to take it. There was no availability for the hotel at weekends, and we couldn't just take time off from work. I called the hotel directly and found out that I can only book through Booksi, and they only have 10 set booking slots pressumably all mid-week! Absolute con and a wasted £280!!! I actually don't even want to call them again to try and book after last time the man was rude to me. Having a look at the hotel it doesn't seem as luxury as they made out either! The hotel Karma Salford Hall weren't helpful at all and just directed me back to them.
