Where outstanding content meets genuine customer care — thanks to Ms. Bernadett
I live in Brazil, and unfortunately, due to the exchange rate between the US dollar and the Brazilian real, the subscription price ends up being quite high for us. Although I truly enjoy and value CuriosityStream’s content, I had initially decided not to renew for this reason. However, the renewal happened unintentionally. What truly changed my decision was the exceptional customer service I received afterward. The representative, Ms. Bernadett, treated me with remarkable kindness, attention, and respect, offering either a full refund or a significant discount. Thanks to her professionalism and genuine care, I chose to continue my subscription. CuriosityStream not only delivers high-quality, informative content, but also treats its customers with a level of respect and warmth that should be a reference for consumer relations everywhere.
