⭐ **1/5 — Very disappointing experience with Beauty House** My experience with Beauty House has been extremely frustrating. I returned a perfume, and instead of receiving the proper refund, I was only issued a **gift card/store credit**. There was also **another item that was never received**, and Beauty House shows it in their system as “refunded,” but **the refund has never appeared through Klarna**. I have tried to explain several times that the numbers simply do not add up. A refund marked internally in their system is not the same as the customer actually receiving the money. Customer service has not provided a clear resolution, and I am still trying to recover money that should have already been returned. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that customers carefully document every payment, return, refund, and Klarna transaction when ordering from Beauty House. I expected much better customer service and transparency.
