If you want cheap clothes, made badly then Cotosen is the retailer for you. When your items arrive 5 weeks later and realize you made a mistake and want a refund, YOU WON’T GET ONE. This is not a reputable company. I learned the hard way so my mission is to warn you. Buyer beware!
Cotosen’s product quality is sh*t and their return policy is a lie…it only exists on paper. You won’t get any of your money back regardless of what you read on their website. This is an aweful foreign company just trying to rip you off. Warn everyone you know to stay away from Cotosen.
DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OF CRIMINALS!!! Product as advertised=0 out of 10 (Looks nothing like what you see online) Product Quality=1 out of 10 (Cheapest sh*t you can stitch together) Product Fit = 1 out of 10 (If you follow their size chart or go even larger, it fits like sh*t and nothing is even) **Return Policy=0 out of 10** (Their return policy is a bold faced LIE! There’s no refund if you’re unhappy…period!) Any response posted after this review stating they want to help me is a LIE. It’s written for the sole purpose of enticing the next unsuspecting chump. Don’t be that person. Run from this company, don’t walk. Cotosen is as bad as it gets in the online retail world!
AWFUL Company! This is the company you fear buying from when shopping online. Forget the low prices and computer generated images of products that are shown. It’s ALL A SCAM! I was scammed and there’s many more like me. Lastly, ignore the reply they’ll write following this review stating they want to resolve the issue because they haven’t and they won’t. You have been warned.
This is a criminal organization operating under the guise of a legitimate business. Read my previous scathing review for the details and when you see their response that they are refunding my money, that’s a LIE too. I am on a mission to cost this company 10,000 times more in lost revenue than I have lost by posting this warning for all to see and MANY MORE TO FOLLOW. Save yourself the headache and loss of funds and don’t be lured by the AI generated designs and cheap prices like I was. Don’t fall victim to believing their return policy either which only exists on paper. Avoid this company like the plague unless you like being scammed!
1. The product quality is sh*t and not close to what’s advertised. 2. Returning items for a refund is impossible since they gave me a bad return address and a bad phone number to call. 3. They offered me a 50% refund on my purchases but are refusing to reimburse me the $76 I spent trying to return their clothes to them to a non existent address that they provided. The package was returned as undeliverable. 4. Communication with this company is awful. They don’t return emails for days at a time and the solutions that are offered make it clear that this is not a legitimate business but a lowlife enterprise. 5. Trust me, DON’T BUY FROM COTOSEN
