Great Service and Value
After we purchased our home, we needed carpeting in 2 bedrooms, an office, and living room at a reasonable price, along with vapor barriers for some asbestos tiles discovered underneath the previous carpet. We obviously had a lot of anxiety around finding someone who could do the job correctly and professionally, and were recommended National Floors Direct by a family member who had her carpet done and had nothing but nice things to say. The pricing was so good that we were able to pick out a nicer carpet brand than we initially had anticipated for the same price. The carpet was delayed in shipping, but NFD kept me up to date in scheduling and was willing to work with me to find a day that worked for us. The installers came early, worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the job in 1/2 a day instead of a full day. They laid the carpet beautifully and everything still looks brand new after 2 months, moving furniture, and 2 cats testing the carpet. We had such a great experience with NFD we re-hired them for our vinyl floors and have been similarly impressed. If you're looking for carpeting to be done in MA, I highly recommend National floors. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. MA31126
