Boll and Branch stands on integrity!
I ordered a Dream Bed blanket and when I washed it the colors became blotchy. I contacted Boll and Branch customer service. Maeve T, Customer Experience Concierge went above and beyond her “call of service” to resolve my problem. She contacted the Quality Assurance Team, who came to the conclusion that it was the essential oil soap that I used to wash the blanket with. Boll and Branch however went the extra mile and replaced the blanket for me. Note to self: I will not use essential oil soap to launder my blankets anymore. I greatly appreciate all that they did to resolve my issue and appreciate the integrity of this company. Cookie Vanderslice Satisfied Customer 😊
