Horrible Support
Their support team is slow in reply and the AI chatbot is so useless. After asking some question, it will say that the issue is passed on to their backend team and that's all. There's no option to speak to a human live agent, and no option to stuck a new chat. Basically you are ghosted by the bot. Even if you restart your browser, the existing chat still remain and stuck forever. For a big company like this, how can they have such horrible support? Don't advertise for live chat agent when there are no ways to reach them.
