I’ve been using the red light mask for over 6 months and have enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately, some of the lights in the mask quit working. I contacted the customer service support team at Jovs, followed the instructions given and they are replacing my mask. 🙂 Very smooth experience with the support team and they clearly stand behind their product.
