Products are good; customer service very poor
Resins are great and perform very well. Resin printers are very good and work well. Customer after-sales service is very poor. I bought two extra vats advertised as for the Saturn 4 series. That's what the product packaging says too. When they arrived they turned out not to be suitable for the Saturn 4 Ultra 16K. Elegoo would not refund my money, but gave me the run-around. They now advertise a different vat specifically for the 16K. This was their inadequate description and their fault. The best they would offer was a small payment if I returned the vats at my expense. It simply wasn't worth it, and not what I expected. I have 3 Elegoo resin printers and have been a big fan up to this point. After writing this review, Elegoo posted a reply (below) but they never contacted me. So I contacted them and explained my complaint once more. They replied saying they advertised what products a part would fit, but did not advertise what it wouldn't. The packaging and their site specifically stated that the product is 'Compatible with the Saturn 4 series' printers. It is NOT suitable for the Saturn 4 Ultra 16K model. Having spend around £100 they graciously offered me £8 in total compensation - which was an insult. I seldom complain about products, but this is certainly the worst customer service I have received in many years. I have reduced their star rating as a result. They only get two stars because their printers work well.
