Dissatisfied with the customer service
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service team of rotimatic. I ordered rotimatic 2.5 months ago and haven't received the order yet, though the delivery date has passed. I tried to get in touch with rotimatic, but unsuccessful. There is no number to talk to them. I have been trying for the last 2 weeks and have sent multiple emails and chat messages. But there is no communication from the team despite all these.
