Beware of supposed "warranty"
We bought a 1 e74GV etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ 7-Way - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 22-1/2" Lift - 5K back in August. It quit working. I called the company, Josh is out all week. I spoke to the receptionist. She said in order to use the warranty I need to remove the jack and send it back to them at my expense. They have a discounted shipping account but won't use it. I have to pay to box it up and send it back in order for them to send a replacement. I would think I could take video/pictures of this not working, take a picture of the cord cut (to show I'm not fibbing) and they would replace it...but no. I have to send it in. I find this frustrating and don't feel like this is taking care of the customer.
