Beware - Unauthorized recurring charges from this merchant with no recourse; don't use them
Someone used my credit card number to sign up for a weekly subscription through Unbing. Once I discovered they were making unauthorized charges on Aug 18, I asked them, each week, to send me the invoice/authorization that caused them to charge me. I have never received a response and this has gone on every week for 4 weeks. I had to dispute every charge, every week with my credit card, which was accepted, but Unbing kept charging. Now I have a new credit card number and I had to authorize recurring purchase suppression for all merchants to block them from charging. This is totally unacceptable. All they had to do was to accept the fact that they were being defrauded and cancel the subscription. But no response. Now having to get a new credit card.

Great photo books linked to my MAC photos file
I ordered 3 photo books from them (linked seamlessly from my Mac's Photos app). They arrived promptly with great printing quality. When one didn't arrive when expected, I received great customer support from Ashmir once the AI agent wasn't able to help. Although the options for their book formats are not as robust as the previous iPhoto books, they worked out fine and the linked photo file meant I didn't have to reorganize all the 1,000 photos! Recommend this service.

Sharphyy QUILTED bags are NOT QUILTED - AVOID, SCAM
I ordered 10 QUILTED bags from Sharphyy Order #5425 on 12 April 2026 for $280. I received half the order 8 May from China and, SHAME ON ME, for not checking Trustpilot. These bags are NOT QUILTED but a printed image and worth only a fraction of what has been charged. AVOID this company. The other half of the order is still undelivered.
Received the reminder of the order and all the bags are the same, not quilted. I have photos to compare from the website to the item I actually received. They look nothing like the website. I wish I could attach them here.
NOTE: many items are sold by this company under other names and you only find out you are dealing with this unreliable company when you reach out for a question or customer service. BEWARE. Look before you buy.
Still trying to get an address to return them and get 100% of my order refunded but they refuse. They offer me 50% back on products that they have advertised deceptively as of 8 July (going on 3 months now).

Claims it was "designed and developed in the United States." "See firmer smoother skin in as little as 3 days." I used the entire tube every night for over a month after receiving it on undereye area and saw no visible change. I cannot recommend this product. NOTE: other companies also offer this product.

Beware of the "Casual cotton and linen dress" for $54.99
I ordered this "Casual cotton and linen dress" on sale for $54.99 USD regularly $109.00 USD on 11 April 2026. This "dress" is nothing more than a square of fabric with 2 pockets, worth about $5 at most. It is unacceptable and I am requesting a full refund and a return shipping label. I will update my review when customer service completes the return.
Although they advertise they want customers to be satisfied, they have told me there is nothing wrong with the item they sent me (other than it is of unacceptable design and quality, which they do not admit). Their stated policy, irregardless, is "We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns ." THIS IS PATENTLY UNTRUE given my experience.

Finally, 6 June requesting credit card cancel the charge since the company has refused to give me an address to return the item. They offered 15%, up to 55% refund over the past months, but all I want is 100% refund upon return, per their policy
Now, finally, as of 11 July the company has given me a complete refund, just as the credit card was preparing to credit their charges. Totally unacceptable product and customer service. Why should that take 3 months if they were going to give me the refund as per their policy? Big WASTE of TIME
