I ordered in December 2025 now its Feb 26 and all they keep saying is sorry for delay and give wrong timelines that it would ship by them, now it was for a farewell gift for someone who has already left since its a customized jewelry its of no use for me but theyWILL NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY on top Of it they will just keep pushing 10 days every time the promised date of shipping arrives that it will be even more late. Worst part is I CANT GIFT IT ANYMORE, dont need it since the person it is intended to be gifted is not here. Pls give me my money back!!
