Horrible don’t use
I will never recommend or use clutter again for any services. This is the worst storage company I’ve ever experienced in my whole entire life, and the staff is rude when addressing a situation and not calling the the guest to fully understand the situation and coming to decision on their own. From start to finish this company is money hungry. there are a lot of fees for unnecessary things and there are not willing to understand that it’s their fault and instead of taking responsibility they put it in their policy so that way they don’t have to help you when things are not communicate communicated properly.
