Chocolate is amazing but the delivery…
Chocolate is amazing but the delivery was a struggle. I was not aware of the need to sign for the package. FedEx was less than helpful until I badgered them. Perhaps on option when buying to waive delivery signature. Website mentions “concierge” service, didn’t feel the Ritz to me.
