Very very worst service unable to reshuffle the ticket and after reshudule no option of cancelation ticket no confirmation mail regarding the cancelation policy with out traveling i wadted 3800 from banglore to vijayawada they are not returning my money asked for confirmation mail regarding the policy not ready shhare
