12 years ago I used Greentoe to purchase my first full frame DSLR camera. I had a great experience because I got a good price and it came quickly this past week. I have decided that it was time to upgrade so I went back to Greentoe to try to find a good deal. I aimed very low knowing that I would have to come up. Within a couple of days I had gotten an offer that I thought was too high. I declined the offer and then someone from Greentoe reached out and asked about my decision. They were super nice and just wanted to know if the price was the issue to which I said yes but within a few hours another representative messaged me and said hey, I might have something for you. It would be this much. ($200 from my starting point, $300 under MSRP) I really felt like they were not judgmental about me wanting a lower price and they were super helpful in finding me something I was comfortable with buying. I’m very impressed with them and I will be back to buy lenses soon.
