Absolute scam of a company
Please save your hard earnt money and dont use it on this scam of a company. Clearly states on its website that it offers royal mail uk delivery when it actually takes 3 weeks to come from China. What did arrive was not gemstone but cheap tat that wasnt even morse code it was some garbage made out of fake gemstones. Disputed the transaction with PayPal who told me I am responsible to send it back to China at my expense. £37??? I think not!! I have had to do a chargeback on my credit card who have advised me this isnt the first complaint so just avoid it like the plague unless you want some cheapo rubbish and save a chargeback if you pay by PayPal. Customer service is equally as rubbish who advised me it was on their website that they were from China!! I dont think so! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
