I’m really pleased with AC Infinity’s support - not only was it easy to reach a live person, but they were knowledgeable with their product, ran me quickly through some troubleshooting, and sent a same day replacement while their IT team sorts out why my original unit isn’t working properly. Wish everyone had such friendly live support staff…
