Clasps broke on two different earrings - no refund
Clasps broke on two different earrings, therefore I bought both of them again, just for it to happen again. I lost one earring as a result, the other pair no longer closes. When contacting customer service they told me I had bought the items last year and therefore only offered me a 15% discount. Can really not recommend the brand, the price and the quality do not match and for several items to malfunction is really sad.
