Disgusting service, money grabbers and rip off
Disgusting service, if I could give them 0 stars I would. I booked a ferry and needed to cancel and emailed them and went on the help section on the app (which wouldn’t work, there was no option to speak to anybody) I’ve sent countless emails (around 40) to there customer service and they just email me back a generic email saying that my case has been closed but nobody has spoken to me?? I don’t know who to email or contact about this as the supposedly ‘customer support’ isn’t even working. Money grabbers
