Grab is a crime. It is unethically designed to exploit unsuspecting customers and grab all the money they have. Passengers are unaware that the so-called 5 star drivers could rate the passengers with low rating simply because they refuse to tip or please the drivers. Suspicious dodgy “5 star drivers”, unethical & illegal MOD drivers manipulating pricing. The app should be banned.
