Quick response to a resolution basically instantly!
Well, I instantly got a response about my troubles and with some pictures of my unit, troubled parts and recipt looks like I have what I need coming within minutes of my response. We will see if it arrives but I'm pretty sure it will. Lots of thumbs up!
