YogaBody support is wonderful!
My husband and I enrolled in the upcomng March Workshop in Georgia, only to have a back problem flare up acutely, making travel to the event, and participation in the program impossible at this time. We were so disappointed in not being able to attend, and requested a refund of registration fees from YogaBody. Cancellation refunds are not routinely doe, I was informed, but the team decided our circumstance deserved consideration, and they did refund our costs. We're a retired couple on a fixed income, so this was a great relief for us. YogaBody support and Jonnah were terrific about getting back to us about our cancellation, and were kind and competent. I can't praise this organization highly enough. I'm just hoping I get another opportunity to meet Lucas and Camilo at another live event in the future! Thsnk you, Jonnah and team!
