Very rude
UhiVery rude. Very unprofessional. I spoke with a guy Korean/Chinese /Japanese accent. Very pathetic for someone serving client. With some high pitched yelling and not even listening while I inquired about my Visa application. I had to use a different website. I don't see how they help with this kind of employee. That was today feb 25 @ around 1:05 central time. I called a 9493469868 number. DO NOT TAKE ANY CHANCES. There was an automated message of calls being recorded.
