Very obviously biased against those posting a negative truth and in favor of businesses. They will pull a very honest and civilized comment made by a lifelong customer of a business because it speaks out against that business they are not interested in a valid comment, only on fluffing up a business for their own gain. Don’t bother with yelp, not for reviews of businesses, nor to make comments, positive, neutral, or negative. If they will pull a valid, honest, civilized comment made about a problem made by a lifelong customer just for being negative, you cannot trust anything on the site. It’s not worth your time or effort. Seek info at a more reputable site.
