⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with Baltini I had a terrible experience with Baltini. I purchased designer shoes expecting them to arrive brand new, as advertised. Instead, they arrived used, dirty, and clearly worn. This is completely unacceptable for a luxury item. I immediately contacted customer service and provided clear photo evidence showing the condition of the shoes. They kept asking for more pictures and additional proof, which I provided right away. After that? Nothing but excuses and delays. Despite sending everything they requested, they refused to issue a refund and stopped properly responding. It feels like they were just trying to stall instead of taking responsibility. For a company selling high-end designer products, this level of service and lack of accountability is shocking. Buyers beware — if something goes wrong, don’t expect them to stand behind what they sell. Very disappointed and will never shop here again.
