Quito - No delivery, but was refunded
I purchased flowers to be delivered in Quito on Valentine's Day. I placed the order 3 weeks in advance. The order was never delivered. Thankfully, they issued a full refund relatively promptly, though the online chat function doesn't work well. You're better off sending a WhatsApp message which they respond to far more quickly. It's disappointing the flowers were never delivered, but based on the other reviews on this page, I wasn't entirely surprised by the outcome...Thankful to have my refund.
