I visited **Publix GA-20 in McDonough and stopped by the deli to order a salad. Unfortunately, this was one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The associate helping me — I believe her name was Ms. Carol, although she was not wearing a name tag — seemed very bothered by my requests. I simply asked if she could chop the tomatoes and spinach for the salad, and it felt like that was too much to ask. When I mentioned that I wanted four chicken tenders on my salad, her overall demeanor was unpleasant and unwelcoming. After returning to my office and sharing my experience, one of my coworkers mentioned that he had a very similar experience with the same associate. That was even more concerning, as it suggests this may not be an isolated issue. Publix is known for its customer service, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope management looks into this matter, as it does not reflect the level of service customers expect.
