Lots of downtime with no support
I was originally with Hosting Unlimited, it then became Server Centre, then Pickaweb and now Hostek. There is no longer any ability to speak to a human. You are fobbed off with generic updates which don't tell you anything. Currently my website has been down for almost a week, including no ability to send and receive emails. No one will give us any update. They promise 99.9% uptime and that simply isn't true. This isn't the first time. The customer service is appalling, and like others I will be seeking to move from Hostek at the first opportunity to do so.
