Horrible company
They reached out to me and promised to close the account and void all pending charges. I'm still waiting for the return label for the devices. If everything goes as agreed I'll edit the review again. This was truly the worst experience I could've had closing an account. As of this review the account is still open and they're charging me "inactive terminal fees". These fees are costing me $400 a month for 2 terminals. I called to close my account and I was told that I had to call at least 30 days prior to the contract expiration date and since I didn't it was auto renewed for another year. Their sales rep lied about the cancellation process when I signed up. This is a very large company with very shady and tricky practices. I had to block them from my bank account at they are always trying to take money. Their PCI compliance was $550 per terminal. With Square it's included. I would never recommend this to any other business.
