I’m extremely disappointed with this…
I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s shipping practices. I was charged $17.78 for “economy” shipping on a very small package of labels, assuming it would at least be handled professionally. Instead of using UPS (which they used on my first order without issue), they switched to USPS — and the package was sent without a return address. My customer has a Restaurant business and they don't have a mailbox there. Postal service from what I now understand only delivers to their PO box. As a result, the shipment has been looping between facilities for days actually since February 20th and is now effectively lost in transit. It didn't matter I try to talk to a manager, at one point they said a supervisor was going to call me and never did. This was an order for my customer, and their shipping mistake reflects directly on my business. Charging nearly $18 for economy shipping and then failing to include basic shipping information is unacceptable and careless. I cannot recommend a company that cuts corners on fulfillment while still charging premium shipping rates.
