Bad experience with product, great experience with Fern on NewAir’s support team. Fern was absolutely amazing in helping me out from a customer support end. For the company itself, my cigar humidor came in with a big sticky residue on the interior glass that won’t come out. Their fix was to either replace the unit (which would be the biggest hassle in getting it back to a UPS store weighing as much as it does) or to wait several months to get a new door shipped to me. On top of that, the humidor was missing its door handle, which they are shipping to me.
