DISGRACEFUL & DISGUSTED
After nearly 3 weeks - I have still NOT gotten a reply regarding my damaged bobble head that I even included pictures. And that you acknowledged receipt of - escalating to your Bobblehead team?! You inept ability to properly serve the people who are spending their hard earned money with your company is appalling. You have lost this customer. I will never put anymore of my hard earned money towards not one of your products ever again. I even was patient waiting nearly 2 years to receive this bobble head. Disgraceful.
