Awful
Taken them a month to even send out(still not received) an item I paid for, After a few short reply emails form their "service " team, I asked for a refund which they are refusing due to how late in the process its become(their fault). All of this could have been avoided if they first said that there was a delay or anything. Also I got a ping from my bank saying my card was showing suspicious activity, my card has never had this before and it all happened after payment to this company. Since I've changed cards and secured my accounts further. Its all very suspicious honestly. I'd say buyer beware from this place.
