"Concierge" Representatives and "Stylists" what a joke
Once you have an issue with "concierge" they will not allow you to talk with anyone else. Talked with Alexis regarding my last Trustpilot review. She was the one that said I would have a different "stylist". Also, she was one that said she was a "lead" concierge rep. Shocking once they switched to their "lead stylist" Hertha that return rate was 83% of the items then was switched back to the "stylist" before, Sabrina, that would send black and grey items and once again received garbage. Specifically colors I asked not to receive. Yes, Sabrina once again sent grey items. Prior to that was told do not send me a dark blue, black or grey sport coat, what did I get a dark blue sport coat. Wish I could share pictures on here. The response "We do not alter member information to misrepresent prior conversations," is BS and they have done nothing about my concerns. I have pictures showing my account was changed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PATHETIC COMPANY! They do not listen to the customer, they send pathetic outlet quality clothes and will not give a refund. Alexis, why was Sabrina put back on my account? Why won't you let me talk with your boss or whoever is above the "concierge" section?
