From Stress City to Helpful Holiday
My customer service representative and the technicians working with my failed PD2200 went above and beyond for over two weeks with nearly opposite schedules to my own. Despite learning my display is no longer functional, there was an extreme effort made to assist me. From troubleshooting drivers, to windows updates, to trying USB ports and alternative cables, I was walked through each step carefully and patiently. When the time came for remote connection to investigate my problems, they worked with me to set up times. The representative diligently kept contact with me despite our busy schedules, communicated directly and clearly, and clarified when I was confused or misunderstood something. My PD2200 Malfunctioned before the spring festival holiday, and I was even assisted over that holiday. I did not expect that. I am extremely grateful for the assistance provided despite being informed I will need a new tablet late last night. I cannot say I’ve had better customer service from anyone else. Thank you. That representative is a real hero, no matter the outcome. ^^ So are the technicians.
