Wow--where do I start
Wow--where do I start? As a Christmas present for me, my husband ordered several items from Cotosen's online store, assuming the photos were a representation of the quality. Holy crap--NOT EVEN CLOSE. As soon as we received them, we realized we'd been duped by AI fakes. NONE of the items matched what was ordered, other than perhaps a loose interpretation of "shirt" or "jacket". The photos were apparently created using an AI generator like MidJourney (I've seen similar models on the site). I attempted several times to return the items for a refund, but kept getting a canned response from the company. Finally, I contacted our credit card company and filed a complaint. The rep told me she'd been getting a LOT of these kinds of complaints (not just for Cotosen). They opened an inquiry and tried to contact Cotosen. They also issued a refund with the caveat that if the company responded and tried in good faith to remedy the situation, that refund would be removed. Well, surprise, surprise, they didn't respond and I kept the refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM COTOSEN. THIS IS A SCAM, like so many on the interwebs these days. Lesson learned. Edited***The response below from the company is laughable. I sent my concerns to the email address multiple times and called the phone number, but no one ever got back to me. My credit card company did the same. They never received a response. DO NOT USE COTOSEN. I repeat, it is a SCAM.
